Functional Consultant
Description
As Functional Consultant you are responsible for the supervision of the software implementation at different companies in various sectors. You take care of the organization and impact analysis, you communicate with the customer and you give feedback to the consultant, you organize training courses and workshops, you give advice and you are among others in charge of the helpdesk.
Profile
You have a large experience in ERP projects in medium and large SMEs, particularly in the financial, wholesale, transport, removal, rental or distribution sector.
You are communicative, customizable and you can easily adapt to different corporate cultures
You are a team player, but you can also work independently
Knowledge and experience
Min. A1 training in IT or equivalent experience
3 to 5 years experience as a functional consultant in the implementation of ERP packages in SMEs
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV
MS Dynamics NAV certified or willing to certify
Knowledge of Microsoft platforms ( NT - 2000 - 2003, Exchange, ...)
Fluent in Dutch, French and English
